INTRODUCTION OF SASTRA UNIVERSITY

INTRODUCTION TO FIRST YEARS:

HI friends,Welcome to the great SASTRA university .

I know as you are first year students you have a lot of doubts and confusions on this university.No problem,here we tried to give some clearances on your doubts.

1.UNIVERSITY STRUCTURE:I think this university’s infrastructure is very great and has a new look.

• In the entrance you will see a fountain,Left to it “IOB bank” will be there.
• Right to it vinayaka temple is there.ok,then start walking left to fountain,after iob bank there is a building called GNANAVIHAR.
• Then go along the road,there’s a lot of benches to sit under fresh trees in left side.
• And then,move along,you will see Vani VIHAR and GURUNATH STORES.

• And then you will see vidyavihar,then CSE,IT,ICT BUILDING,CHITH VIHAR next to it our great TIFAC CORE will be there.
• OK,after it you will see the ground to your right,then after you will see boys hostels.first,you will come to see ANANDAVIHAR,then a cross road to your right side.If you move straight,there is CUB ATM,right to it PARAMANANDAVIHAR.Then move and turn to right side,continue in right side ,there’s a lot of builldings to your left side,first one is RAJYA LAKSHMI HOSTEL,then buildings for families.Then go straight you will be able to see SANDIPANI SAADAN HOSTEL,and its our first year hostel mostly.
• OK,I explained all the important buildings which will come on your way if ur way is walking to the left side to crossroad of the entrance.
• OK,if you wanna to walk from vinayak temple,then after worshipping god,move to your back side to temple.Then you will be able to registrar office to your right side and to it back side there will be hotel named KRISHNA CANTEEN,courier office..
• OK,after eating,move straight to road and turn left ,there’s another canteen that is CANOPY AND BOMBAY SWEETS.
• Then move straight ,you will be able to see the big ground ,then to your left there’s our big LIBRARY,named SARASWATHI SAADHAN.ok,move along road to right to canopy,you will see the building with “dna” painting that is related to biotech and informatics students.
• Then,go along road from curved road,theres a building for EEE AND ECE students commonly named as VV(vidyuth vihar) building.Then you will see the building  for mechanical and aeronautic students named vkj building which is also for our first year students.And then move along then move left and right and you will reach again to our first year hostel.
