AWARENESS ON MEMORY LOSING

Friends,now a days our shedule has became very tight in manner.Due to this everyone wants relief from all this work,while in this way all are getting exposed to weired habits.so,here i am going to tell you some of items which have to be take in correct manner and which items you dont have to take.

FIRST:-sugar:-Ok,we are very interested to eat chocolates,icecreams and cakes ofcourse me too.But,if we eat so much of it,it effects our brain and further it start its work on damaging our imagination and thinking power.Yes,its been proved by many scientists.So,Eat icecreams but without high dosage of sugar.Eat cakes but without cream content,is this possible ?😢😢😢🎂.😊So,please avoid eating so much sugar content food before you getting amnesia 😊😊😊🎂.




SECOND;-Alcohol,,,hoo!!!its very injurious to you and your family as if you take it everyday it causes liver damage problems,leads to get early death,also effects on memory.If you are at intial stage,i wish that you should control your thinking over it and you have to be make promise to yourself and IT IS MUST YOU TO HAVE SELFCOUNSELLING FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY HAPPINESS.💐💐💐

THIRD:-SALT,,,Spicy....ofcourse, it may be but if we take it too high,we are going to see a doctor frequently.As,it affects metabolism and it makes the abnormal conditions on flow rate of blood and causes heart attack...so be aware of all these effects
SO,I HOPE THAT YOU ARE GOING TO CONTROL YOUR HABITS ON EATING  THESE IN OVERDOSAGE.BE AWARE AND AWAKE OTHERS FOR YOUR HEALTH AND HAPPYFAMILY👍👍👍😊😊😊👌
